After the great success of the #FoTDigitalisationWeek, the Institute of Digital Engineering is back with another online webinar in July 2020!

Join us to discover the latest on how the Virtual Vehicle Integration & Development (ViVID) Project is revolutionising the engineering of the new Transit, yielding fantastic insights for the automotive industry.

The ViVID project is an Advanced Propulsion Centre funded and Ford led collaborative industry research project that aims to focus on the development of digital engineering tools to promote model-based systems design and verification in the Virtual Product Development process. The research involves three UK industry-based partners – Ford Technologies, McLaren Applied, IPG Automotive – and an academic partner – Loughborough University.

With presentations from all ViVID Partners, we'll be looking at how ViVID is pushing the boundaries of co-development, competitiveness and new capabilities of the UK automotive industry using digital engineering. Full agenda below:
